An online facilitated discussion.

Tickets for this event are free and can be booked here. (now closed)

To launch Without Exception, we hosted an online facilitated discussion considering the issues of diversity, equality and inclusion in the UK music festival industry workforce. This online event was an opportunity to:

  • Connect with people and organisations already working on this issue

  • Help to build a clearer picture of the challenges being faced in our industry

  • Be part of an open conversation that is long overdue.

Our events are open to anyone interested in this issue, whether you own, work at or volunteer at festivals. The events are facilitated to ensure everyone has a chance to share their thoughts. We focus on the following areas:

  • An opportunity to share personal experiences and thoughts regarding diversity, equality and inclusion in the UK music festival industry workforce

  • Considering the barriers that exist to creating a diverse workforce

  • Sharing ideas on what changes need to happen in our industry

  • Identifying who needs to be involved in this work.

We want as many people as possible to be involved in this conversation and are preparing to host a number of these discussions to meet demand, so please share these details with any individuals or organisations who you think would be interested in attending. We will post details of future dates here.

If you would like to find out more about the project, please contact us by emailing info@withoutexception.org.uk.

We hope you'll join us.
